SBACKUP: can you backup 3.12 from a 3.11 server?

Hi

I have a 3.11 server which is part of our central facilities. I need to
back up a few other servers using SBACKUP and have recently downloaded
SBACK1.EXE (for 3.11 servers) and SBACK2.EXE (for 3.12 servers).

I have been able to run SBACKUP on a 3.12 server (with all the
appropriate TSA???.NLM's loaded) and could backup 3.12 and 3.11
servers happily.

I can't seem to find a combination of these SBACK?.EXE nlm's to that
allows me to "see" a 3.12 server when I run SBACKUP on my 3.11 server.

The physical location of the 3.11 server makes it the ideal one for
doing backups. Buying an upgrade to 3.12 for this server is out of the
question (costs about the same as the expensive backup software that we
are trying to avoid buying - ARCSERVE and PALINDRONE).

Any suggestions welcomed....

Thanks
Tim
