Does any company wants to hire paper CNE? my answer, I might hire you, if you had PC skills to back-up your paper CNE. I definitely wouldn't let you get your hands on one of my production Novell servers on your first day on the job... Although the CNE may help you get in the door (get an interview), I have to believe its would be an entry-level position and you're going to have to put in the time and the hours doing the "slug" work (basic PC support) before you get to do the "fun" stuff (Novell support). Alsok I think NT is a great product, it wouldn't hurt to learn that as well. Just my $.02, but since I'd be the one hiring you to work here, its my opinion that would count if I had your resume in my hands... karen reardon, workstation support group, yale university library
