Hi,
First, if you are using a SCSI-controller, you have to " LOAD ASPICD " in "
STARTUP.NCF "
Then type " LOAD CDROM ". After that you can type " CD HELP " to
see all the console commands when using the " CD " command.
Eks:
CD DEVICE LIST
CD MOUNT ( The number of your device .)
And so on.....

Am wondering about Long File Names. If the CD has Long Names, can they be viewed other than 8.3? Depends. If the CD is ISO-9660 then you should be able to.
There is a switch on the cd mount command to enable long
file names.
On the other hand, if the disk is Joliet (a proprietary MS
extension to ISO 9660) I'm pretty sure you won't be able
to. All of Microsoft's recent CDs will be Joliet.
I don't know of any sure fire way to find out what formats
are supported on a given CD. Unless you have a CD
duplicator, they generally tell you what format the source
is in.
