looking for solution to print form overlays on unix to netware print jobs

Hello.

I currently need to add a from overlay, select the correct font, and
select the correct paper tray for incoming unix to netware print jobs
the are text only print jobs.  We can use control characters in the
print stream to select the corret paper tray and font.  What we need
is software that will allow us to design and upload a form overlay to
a printers memory over the network.  We also need the printers to use
a specific font on the from overlay and a standard font on all other
print jobs and I am not sure that control character in the print
stream will work.

If anyone know of some software that might help or a better solution
let me know.
