You can so
3.12 does cater for that.  Attach to all the servers you wish to
synchronise passwords on, and use setpass.  BUT!  this only works if
the passwords are ALREADY synchronised, so you may have to do it
manually the first time.  i have just tested this (as we speak), so i
am confident this answer is accurate.
