I wonder if someone can help me?

we are now running our web domain and mail server locally at our office. I
also am running an FTP Server on the file
and print server. (We have a separate Internet Gateway PC with 2 LAN cards
running INjoy Firewall)

I am having trouble setting up the FTP service. So far I have configured the
FTP server so that workstations on the LAN are
able to ftp to various directories on the LAN, but I need help to set up the
ability for me to FTP into the office when off site. Is
this something I do in the Injoy Firewall setup ? I suspect the filter.cfg?
I am sure that you have this already!!! Suggestions
appreciated !
