  Apologise for losing my cool - due to frustration!  If I was 
pursuing these questions as a hobby I would have been more relaxed 
but as a business, time is money ...

  However, at this point it seems none of us are wiser as to the 
critical difference.  With the way I set the machine up 4.04 won't
work on Warp3 + FP39 but place the Connect stuff on it and it does.
This jacks up the cost.
