Randy, 

	Check your paths and make sure that no directories with som.dll 
appear before x:\os2\dll. Most of my OD problems were assoc'd with 
this. VAC++ or some fixpak or tcpip4.1 totally screws this up. Right 
now I'm dealing with a 'battle of the enhancers' on my system. I just 
orderd the 2.0 upgrade. I even did searches on DejaNews and could not 
find many opinions. Now, I read your other responses. We'll see. Hope 
this helps.
