Basically, all of the aftermarket FTP Clients do this, although some 
servers (such as Windows NT ones) don't support it.

Try Dr. Sergey Ayukov's most excellent NFTP as a shareware demo, 
although you won't be able to download more than, I think, 500,000 
bytes in a session until you register it.
