Well, they've got something out but it's only available by http: download,
and since that's a chancy thing (you can't restart it on a partial file)
maybe Joshua will permit it to rest there at hobbes/incoming for a bit
while anybody who needs to REGET it can do so.

file, to try to keep IBM happy.
