You've been acting like it was opengl all along - EVERY decent
video card offers accelerated drivers for OS/2.  The point is
though that NONE of them offer OpenGL acceleration - and none
of them even can offer it because IBM has not made the info
available to write such drivers...

Not every video card supports acclerated scaling for DIVE, and
yes, the elsa card is one of the few that does ... unfortunately
that ( "endive" ) never seems to work properly on any of the
cards that support it.
