I've read the page and I don't think that they mean that they have hardware
acceleration for the OS/2 Warp OpenGL but that they have GUI drivers for
OS/2 Warp.

I think the best thing is to mail them and ask the directly if they support OS/2 Warp
hardware OpenGL acceleration.
