Keyword Highlighting in EPM

In the version of EPM included in Merlin, the product overview mentions that
EPM can highlight keywords in a C program and the /OS2/APPS directory even
includes a file of keyword definitions for C and other supported language but
there is ABSOLUTELY NO HELP to tell you who this facility is invoked.

Can someone who knows please help?
