Hugh,

I recently had problems with the WebEx 1.03 not being able to show some
graphic images...  It turns out, that the major visable diference between 1.03
and 1.1d is that 1.1d includes a lot more Netscape compatable options such as 
frames (which was the cause of my not being able to view some pictures).

As far as I know, your problems stem from something other than WebEx.  Before
you do anything else, why don't you delete any WebEx files you might have in all 
directories (this doesn't include url's and html files)

Then, reinstall WebEx and see if that helps.
