Hello Peter,

> I have just purchased ColorWorks V.2 , CD only variant.

Welcome aboard, good to have you as a user.

> The drawing, filling, effects are brilliant and very easy to use, but the myriad of settings menus can be annoying.

To a new user ColorWorks can be a bit over-whelming. The scope of the
product is HUGE (especially V2). However, you will learn to love the
myriad of settings, there is no other way of offering you the power we do
(use any tool to draw with a color, an effect, multiple effects
simultaneously, or define a mask).

<snipped...working with the WPS>

Our users get involved with our products for a single purpose - they want
the most powerful image editing programs available. Your "beef" has
nothing to do with image editing at all. Opening a file into the program
with a drag-and-drop or a double-click, and printing with a drag-and-drop
to a printer object has absolutely ZERO to do with ColorWorks' power as
an image editor. These are convenience features at best, again they bring
absolutely nothing to bear on the quality of an edited image.

That said, we have been requested (stated in far nicer terms I might add)
by our users to add some WPS convenience features. We are a user-driven
company. We will be enhancing the WPS integration of our products in the
near future and making it available to our users.

Regards,

Joel @ SPG
