Help with Systos Premium Backup

Hi all,

I am just wondering if anyone out there uses the above mentioned software 
with an Exabyte 8200 and an NCR SCSI contoller. The driver does not seem 
to load on boot. If not, has anyone got a support site (web or just 
email) that I could contact for assistance. This was the only backup 
software I have found that supports this drive so any help would be 
appreciated (GTAK does work but I want a GUI interface with a few more 
options :)
