Director 4.0 for Windows under OS/2

Hi all,

I just installed Director 4.0 for Windows which went fine. However,
everytime I click on the Director Icon, the Director windows flashes on
the screen (for no more than 1/2 a sec) and wham...I'm back in Program
Manager!!

Any ideas are greatly appreciated...thanks in advance...

P.S. I'm getting to the stage where I'm questioning OS/2's compatibility
     with Windows...I've had about 2 applications which don't work
     already.
