I purchased an HP5L about a month ago and have found printing from a
Win-OS/2 session to work perfectly. I can print text or graphics with no
problem. I have printed scanned photos form Windows graphics programs with
the same results I would get from booting into Windows. I have turned off
the "Use Print Manager" and "Print Direct to Port" options - that may be
the key. Try turning those off and it may work for you. Good luck.
