Reasons for upgrade to Smartsuite 1.5?

Gidday I received Lotus' offer of an upgrade to 1.5 for "only" $A199. From what I can see, they're offering a few more Windoze filters, the capacity to print labels from 123 and more HTML capability in 123 and Word Pro - none of which I need. Anyone have a complelling reason why I should expend 200 big ones on an upgrade?
