NETSCAPE For OS/2 REFUSES to Run over LAN Using Warp 4

I'm running Warp 4 and have Internet access via a LAN using a 3Com EtherLink III
network card. I've installed the latest TCP/IP stack so that INETVER reports
that I'm at version 4.0l.

I installed NETSCAPE but it refuses to run.

The symptoms are:

1. I double click the Netscape(LAN) icon in the Netscape folder on my desktop.
2. The green coloured Netscape Navigator 2.0.2 logo comes up.
3. The standard OS/2 Warp wallpaper flashes from standard blue to green and back
   to blue again
4. The green coloured Netscape Navigator 2.0.2 logo disappears
5. The main Netscape screen starts to be drawn but this stops just before the
   toolbar icons show up.
6. That's it - it is now totally non-operational. But if I click on the title
bar, the task list pops up and I'm able to close Netscape down. However, the
rest of the system remains operational.

The above events are repeatable and have happened EVERY tine I've tried to run
Netscape since installation 3 days ago.

I should add that my video card is a Matrox Millenium and I'm using the latest
driver downloaded from Matrox's web server.

I should add that I have EXACTLY the SAME setup as above (with one exception: a
dialup line and modem instead of a network card) on my system at home and
Netscape runs perfectly.

Can someone please help with this problem?
Please reply by email.

Thanks.
