Their web site is gone, phones have been disconnected, and information has no record of them. Keller Group, who published Faxworks/2 for OS/2, and who was to continue support of PMFax, is now unreachable. Found this out when I tried to get a driver support file from their web site. Seems that Faxworks/2 and PMFax customers are on their own (as if they weren't already on their own before). Just curious, how can Indelible Blue, or BMT Micro, sell packages like this with a "warranty,' if they're very much aware that the author has left for parts unknown?

Eh? What was the website you went to -- www.kellergroup.com comes up, with
a title of of "Keller Group: OS/2 fax software".
I couldn't find a phone number on their web site, but they are definitely
still around.

I was just there last week, saw this and checked back. It's still there. The correct URL for the updates is... http://www.kellergroup.com/doc/download.htm Alan Boritz wrote: > > Their web site is gone, phones have been disconnected, and information has no > record of them. I have been watching this thread for several days and it is "worthy" of comment. Although the original poster had a problem and could not find the site, he did not end it with a simple call for help. He added all kinds of gratuituous whining and childish insults about a number of solid, reliable, businesses. Go back and read your garbage Alan and apologize to Keller Group, IB and the others... -- ---------------------------------------------------- ------ Monroe Chasson mchasson@ibm.net ----------------------------------------------------------- MR2ICE reg#51 and OS2

Well, as I said -- I couldn't speak for that, I don't have Faxworks.
However -- when I checked InterNIC before (sorry I didn't mention it), the
record for kellergroup.com hadn't been updated since *May*. So it didn't go
away for a few days, and then come back when I checked. They were in the
database the whole time. The website, as far as anyone else can tell, never
went down either.
I'm not sufficiently interested to look up their phone number, so I again
can't/won't speak for that. However, the claims I *can* check seem like
they couldn't be true. Try using whois again, and try the phone numbers
listed.
