Hi!

I have some major problems with ghostscript 3.53 (and 3.51) and OS/2
Warp.
I installed everything (3.53 with the installation script), copied
Fontmap.os2 to Fontmap, set
GS_LIB = E:/psfonts;E:/gs3.53;E:/gs3.53/fonts
GS_FONTPATH = E:/psfonts;E:/gs3.53/fonts
checked each and every font for existance, tried several versions of
Fontmap entries, ... but I always get an error stating that the
default font Times-Roman is not there (sorry, I'm not sitting at my
machine so I can not tell you the exact message).
ghostscript scannes all the existing fonts. I once tried the 'load all
fonts', Times-Roman (i.e. Times New Roman) was there! The
substitutions seems to fail.

It doesn't work with ghostview as well.

Let me tell you that I installed earlier versions of ghostscript on OS/2
and on UNIX without any problems.

Any idea? Thanks.
