FixPak 16 is about to be publicly released.  Here's a message from the
IBM OS2BBS forum on IBMLink/TalkLink:

  XR_3005.

Note: I have not yet seen the FixPak myself,so I don't know what new
fixes are included.  Look for a .RM2 file, perhaps, or else download
the first diskette image and look at the README2 file there.
