Well, I just got through after several hundred attempts.  They have
three order takers and it appears that they  have no ACD, the order
taker answered the phone with no rings on my end.

Took about 3 minutes to take my order. (20 per hour * 8 hours * 3 ppl
= 500) She said they have sold ~1000 so far (4pm est 8/18).  They need
a better way to accept orders.  Dial up?  VRU?  We could help them
with that.  -- Bud   :-)
