Just wanted to inform you that the utility PMQSIZE can create a problem after 
applying FixPack 16.

In my case, a DOSCALL1-errormessage was displayed and my desktop would 
not appear.

After removing PMQSIZE from config.sys my desktop appeared again.

..however it did not work so I had to create a new desktop....
