Thanks to Aron, I could get my hands on FP16 (off hobbes.nmsu.edu).

One problem occurred (which may be a problem of Object Rexx):

  Object Rexx doesn't run anymore, due to a missing file "SOMSEC".

Looking at the SOM*.DLL's I found SOMD.DLL containing a reference to SOMSEC, so
I backed out the archived version (although dated 1994-09-19, a year old) as per
the instructions in the README-file (intended for SOM.DLL, instead I applied it
to SOMD.DLL), now it seems to work.

Is there a possible problem I might face ?
