G'day!
I'm running OS/2 Warp 4 FP40 with an Jaton 58p (ET-6000) video card
and have the problem that whenever I am in a full-screen command-line
session (either DOS or OS/2), the system will crash if I reply F or A
to an Abort/Retry/Ignore/Fail error. As an example, say I type "dir
a:" and don't have a floppy disk in the drive, I need to use either F
or A to end the operation - however, my machine then crashes!
I suspect this may possibly be caused my my video card drivers, as I
don't think this happenned when I was using an older Cirrus Logic
card. I have the latest ET-6000 drivers from both Jaton and Tseng
Labs, but these are in fact the same software.
Any ideas on what the problem could be? Any help is GREATLY
appreciated! Reply via e-mail is preferrable - thanks!
B
