chkdsk does not fix allocation errors

I run chkdsk c: /F:2
and it comes up with errors in about 10 files (wav files, executables all
kinds) and says it corrected them. But if I run chkdsk again, before or after
rebooting I get exactly the same errors.

Help please
I don't have four weeks to wait for IBM tech support
