That's weird Alan, I just tried their web site and boom, up it came.  
FWIW (not that I think it will make any difference to you) I pulled an
update that I needed from them about 3 weeks ago, which fixed a 
problem I'd been having receiving faxes from one particular machine.  
This fix was for the faxworks light that shipped with warp4; I haven't
upgraded it because I just don't do that much faxing.  You are trying 
http://www.kellergroup.com, aren't you?  If you're having huge 
problems accessing their site, maybe you should go have a talk with 
your service provider.
