ISDNpm - Login Script for a PPP Account?

I have installed ISDNpm v2.4 under Warp Connect, Creatix S0/16 
adapter, Teles OS/2 CAPI v3.0.

I configured the isdn.cfg and isdnuser.cfg files following 
instructions on Michael Jacob's excellent web page 
(http://rummelplatz.uni-mannheim.de/~jacob/isdn/isdnpm.html) 
and ISDNpm is establishing a connection to my provider (muc.de) 
- from information displayed in the Trace-Window.

How (where?) do I specify a login script (username, password, 
ppp login, etc.) to actually access my provider via PPP?
