Yes, but there *is* progress. The local CompUSA has about 10 OS/2
titles, which, while *nothing* compared to the IB catalog, is still
8-10 titles more than most places carry.

I've actually heard of places that have heard of GalCiv, but most
don't stock it. One guy I talked to at an OS/2-less store (except for
the OS itself, which most places stock) admitted to using Warp
herself, and that she had been trying to convince her employer to
carry at least a few major OS/2 titles.

You're partially right. Not only do we need to speak out, we also need
to put our money where our mouths are. When we ask that outlets
carry OS/2 software, we had better be prepared to buy them when they
do.

Well, by OS/2 standards it *did* become a "huge seller." Maybe part of
that was pent-up demand; who knows? But the fact is that GalCiv has
cracked some *overall* "top game" lists (not just top OS/2 game, which it
clearly is), which means it can't be totally ignored. The more "must have,
killer apps" OS/2 has, the better off we are (and apparently, the better
off Stardock is :) ).
