WIN32s, is available at 1.15, 1.20 Beta, 1.25 Beta pre-release (don't use),
 but MS 1.29 which is released for NS 2.2 beta is not and probably won't.

This is the best I have from faq's, rumors, etc.

One man's opinion is that MS is jerking around a lot of users.
