Er, yes, but an NDIS driver for OS/2, which means a driver that ends in 
".os2".  Typically placed in the \NDIS2\OS2 or \NDIS\OS2 directory.  

This is confusing for somone not familiar with OS/2, because some driver
disks that don't have the OS/2 NDIS driver _will_ have an \NDIS\DOS 
directory.

But this fellow's got to battle the PCB rev / changing chipset / docs & 
disk that don't match the board issue first.
