Mean-Time-Between-Failure stats for OS/2?

G'day!

  Would anyone please be able to point me to mean-time-between-failure
(ie. reliability) statistics for OS/2 (server) please?  A comparison to
Windoze NT would be nice ;-)

  Thanks for any help!  An e-mailed reply would be appreciated.
