I have had the same problem, my Mitsumi 4x IDE CD-ROM disappears. I
ended up installing Warp v3 + fixpak 17, then copied these files to the
Warp v4 installation diskettes.

ibm1s506.add
ibmidecd.flt
os2cdrom.dmd
os2dasd.dmd

These are the same files in ATAPI.ZIP, but Warp v3 + fp17 is newer.
One or two of them is one more than one of the Installation Diskettes,
so check them all.

However after installing Warp v4, I also ended up with no network,
tcp/ip or java installed.

The javaos2 directory was there, but no files. This is easy to
correct, just download Netscape and install it, it comes with a newer
Java (v1.0.2) than Warp v4 anyway.

TCP/IP can be installed from the Warp v4 CDROM directly. I forget the
directory (cid\?), but try a search for base?.zip files on the CDROM,
these are the tcp/ip archives.

Full Networking support I don't want installed anyway.
