True not enough information to tell you exactly what to do. 
However if I guess right, I can probably tell you what you
should do.  Let me guess, Win 95 is on your first partition->
new drive, OS/2 it really doesn't matter that much.  What
happened is nifty ole 95 decided it didn't want you to have
boot mananger so it deleted it, or Boot manager is on your
second old drive.  Either case it won't do you any good.  If
you have partition manager you're in luck, you need to create
about a one mb free space at the begining of your 1st drive,
win95 drive and install boot manager, otherwise you can use
FIPS found at hobbes and do the same.
Keep Win95 as your primary and OS/2 as your extended with boot
manager as startable and the other 2 as bootable.
