PMView 0.93 can do this for you. It supports more than 30 different file
formats and lets you convert to WinICO, OS/2 1.2 ICO and OS/2 2.0 ICO
The beta version of PMView 0.93 is currently only available to registered
users. The official version of PMView 0.92 can be downloaded from PMView's
