DAPIE is a way to compile programs written to the win32 API to run as
native OS/2 apps - it is not a way to run win32 *binaries* in OS/2.
Win32s is a subset of Win32 which provides a subset of win32 on 16 bit
windows 3.1
If someone is using DAPIE then they'll have more than the win32s
subset to play with.
The nagging problem is that DAPIE requires the software company to
actively decide that they want to support OS/2 users by compiling
via DAPIE to a OS/2 native app + DAPIE DLLs.
