Seems like purchasing a Microtek scanner was not so smart after all... Model: Microtek E3 SCSI: Adaptec 2940 After installing the relevant software (EZ-SCSI and the Windows scanner controller program) I get error messages in regard to missing ASPI-support. The SCSI-adapter and OS/2 can recognize the scanner, but Win-OS/2 can not. I guess I have to experiment with OS2ASPI.DMD and VASPI.SYS to get this to work, but I have not succeded so far.... Anyone get this scanner to work under both OS/2 and WIN-OS/2 + Win-applications like PerfectOffice? If so, I would very much like to hear from you! ..or should I return it? If so, which scanners in the "nice price" range works with OS/2 and WIN-OS2? In davance, thank you for your help in this matter! ________________________________________________________________________ Bjorn Tore Hoem Email: bthoem@sn.no
