Howdy,

I have found the printing of a 28 page text document on my HP DeskJet
printer to be unacceptable.  It took well over 2.5 hours!  This is
averages out to over 5 minutes per page.

I ran a few more smaller docs, (1-3 pages) and have found the same results.
About 5 minutes per page.  

Do you have any suggestions on what I might try to speed up printing?
I am using the december 2.1 beta, on a 386/25 machine with 12 megs of
RAM.  The install was a basic, and I haven't modified any of the .ini
or config files.  But I am willing to!

Please, let me know what you did yo speed printing, so far my love affair
with OS/2 has been very positive.  And on an aside, I am going to be
disappointed if IBM does not make the new beta release FTP accessable.  I
migrated from MS Windows after reading the signature of somebodys post.
That person suggested I check out the beta, and love it.  But don't
have access to a CD Rom player (at the moment) and no FTP access to the
new beta will be a drag.  :-(

Well, hope to hear those printing suggestions.
