win32s125b Support

Dear All

I have installed win32s support from the win32s125b.zip archive. It works -
even with a win32 installation that appears to be higher than the v100 or
v110 that the supprt is for. In fact it appears to be v142 (from memory)

Where do I find win32 v1.25 subversion 110?
