On DOS I am using CHKTSR 1.03 by C.J.Dunford/Cove Software
to know if a program is on memory or not. (Such a tool is
necessary to prevent a program from starting doublely. That
may get PCs in hangup.) But the CHKTSR doesn't work
correctly on OS/2's VDMs. Please let me know another one if
you know.
