To date my experiences after applying fp13.

Object rexx semmes to broken as REXXUTIL.DLL imports REXXCRT.158, which
unfortunalty dosn't exist.
Theseus/3 dont work.

Probably for the same reason it's broken under WSeb; I believe that's a
known issue...

As of today, in fact. Wow.

Full file link for download is:

There is a new Theseus since 3000, 3002 that is reported to overcome this problem.

Gotcha! Thanks - (and confirmed) - it doesn't break OREXX in general, but it does kill several (not all) of the Sys functions.
I have some processes that really won't do to go back to Classic, so I will experiment with back-leveling the .dll. (If I count correctly, there were a total of 11 REXX files updated. I am hopefull that a full step back will not be needed, since FP13 fixed several non-REXX things that were major PITA!)

The real answer is patchldr.zip (from Daniela) on Hobbes.
