I have a new Kodak DC210. There is a shareware file transfer utility
(DC210.ZIP) for OS/2 available on hobbes. It makes use of the serial
transfer capabilities of the camera. I have registered it. However, I
also purchased a PCMCIA PC Cardreader and have the option of placing the
COMPACTFLASH memory cards in the slot for direct access to the PC.

I enjoy my camera (received as a gift), but based on my experience, I
recommend purchasing the extended three year warranty with overnight
replacement. It's US$99 and I think is available only in North America.
My first camera lasted about two weeks. The second (refurb) about ten
minutes. The third one seems to be holding up, but I've only had it for
ten days.
