Novell Netware Client for OS/2: Questions

One of our customers has a Novell network with a shared printer
attached. He would like for our OS/2 turnkey PC to use his networked
printer. So we'll need to install Novell Netware client software,
add a network card, etc.

I have the following questions:

1) How much additional RAM will be consumed by the device drivers,
resident processes, etc.?

2) How does licensing work? We are responsible to see that our
machines have legally licensed copies of all software. I know that
the client software itself is free, but is there some way to verify
or document that the client site has permission to use it on the
additional PC's?

3) What kinds of changes will its installation make to the system?
For example, does it add device drivers to config.sys, desktop
objects to the desktop, resident processes to config.sys, etc.?

4) Are there any known problems if it will need to coexist with Lan
Server 3.0 and IBM's TCP/IP?

Thanks for any help.
