Named Pipes under Lantastic for OS/2?

Does Lantastic support named pipes like Lan Server does? That is, can I create a named pipe on a machine running Lantastic server (for OS/2 of course) and connect to it from another machine running Lantastic client for OS/2? I tried a test program and couldn't get it to work. I used the same syntax I would have used on a Lan Server network. I named the pipe \PIPE\TESTPIPE on the server machine (whose name is KEITH) and \PIPE\KEITH\TESTPIPE on the client machine, but they couldn't connect. Thanks for any help. - Keith -- -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Keith Bennett Bennett Business Solutions, Inc. Besides remote drives and LPT ports they said they have support for named pipes for SQL packages. I only know of 1 type of names pipes supported by OS/2 that have remote capabilities, so I safely assume it's the same thing. P.S. Connecting to a remote pipe is done by opening: \\ComputerName\PIPE\PipeName or "\\\\CompName\\PIPE\\PipeName" (for less confusion for C programmers) danax@ibm.net
