As the editor who reported the user side of the NOS report card, I can tell 
you that Network World has no bias against Banyan. And your assertion that 
editorial play is tied to advertising income shows you have little 
understanding how a quality publication operates.

I personally interviewed folks from Continental Grain for the story, and they 
were the ones who spoke about misgivings with Banyan as a long-term supplier. 
We didn't prompt them or lead them in any way. 

In fact, Banyan officials even gave us user contacts, and Continental Grain 
was among those. So let's be clear here; Banyan is afforded the same fairness 
and equitable treatment as any NOS provider when Network World researches a 
NOS piece.  End of story.
