HELP!!! Netscape is not saving newsgroups!!!

Hi, everyone!

Does anyone know of a possible reason why Netscape
4.61 might be refusing to save my list of
subscribed newsgroups?

I've lost count of the number of times I have had
to download the list of newsgroups from my ISP and
re-subscribe to each one, only to find that on the
next time I run Netscape, I have to do the same
thing all over again.

I must say that this is the first time I have ever
had this problem.  I have had countless formats
and re-installs of OS/2, followed by application
of all the appropriate FixPaks, followed by
re-installation of Netscape, but this is the first
time I have encountered this particular problem.

Is there anyone out there with a suggestion?

Delete the folder and let 461 make it.

This is very strange.  I had the same problem exactly with Netscape N.NN
under Windows 9n.  What I get under Netscape 4.61 is a hang when I try
to access newsgroups.  I have to reboot.  I think only having to restore
them would be a real improvement.
