NetBIOS with Network Transport Services??

I'm trying to run some server applications on OS/2 2.0 SE with the
Network Transport Services package for NetBIOS support.

The NetBIOS seemed to install correctly. Every time I boot it says
it's up and running.

BUT, when I run the application, it complains that it can't find
port lan0. The online documentation seems to suggest that I should
be able to get to the port configurations through a network folder
which I don't see on my desktop.

Can anybody tell me what I'm done wrong? Suggestions?

Thanks,
Bob
