colors in telnet/vt100 emulation

Is there a way to change color settings in telnet/vt100 sessions under
OS/2 TCP/IP  1.2.1 ? That dark blue which stands for 'underline' is an
eye-killer....
(sorry if this is a question answered in manuals: but I have some
difficult to get them in this period...)
